HYCOGEC Consultants Ltd

a multidisciplinary Engineering Consulting Firm founded and chaired by Eng. Aimable RUTAGARAMA in 2006. HYCOGEC offers professional services, embracing the following fields of engineering activity: technical studies and design, roads, highways and transport projects supervision, water supply and sanitation, building and urban planning, bridges design and supervision, irrigation and hydraulics (Rural engineering and marshland development) and Environment.

It was registered in conformity with Rwandan laws that guide the establishment and regulation of professional consulting firms.

Although the company’s offices are located in Kigali City, its operations are spread in different corners of the country depending upon the nature of contracts the firm executes.
